IVF Options has partnered with MDR Pharmacy to make fertility medication more affordable to people without insurance coverage. Across the US the average savings is $288 on fertility medication. In New York City, the average savings is $607 on medication.

How Do I Use My Prescription Savings Card?

  1. Show your Prescription Savings Card to your fertility clinic and tell them to send your prescription to MDR Pharmacy.
  2. Then call MDR Pharmacy at 1- 800-515-3784 and provide your Member ID on the card.
  3. The pharmacy will confirm the amount of your discount and the total amount of your order. Provide them with your payment details. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you.

If your prescription has been sent to another pharmacy and you want to price shop it for a second opinion, you can send it to [email protected] with “IVF Options Card” in the subject line. Make sure to include your Member ID in the email and ask for a price quote. Follow steps 2 and 3 above as normal.

Instructions for Clinics

E-Prescribe: To E-Prescribe, locate MDR Pharmacy in your EMR system by searching NPI #1780799718. Note “IVF Options” along with the Group # and ID # from the savings card and submit the prescription to MDR.

Fax: Fax the savings card along with a valid prescription to 1-888-939-2020.

Phone: Call 1-800-515-3784 and follow the prompts to submit a new prescription. Inform MDR that you have an IVF Options Prescription Savings Card that you would like to apply to the order and provide the Member ID # on the card.

FAQs

What if I need more than one round of IVF?

Although, your prescription benefits card is limited to one use per purchase IVF Options can/will provide you with a new benefit card/code to use when you are ready to purchase medication necessary for your next IVF cycle.

You will need to contact your Fertility advisor via phone, email, or text to let them know you are about to begin a new cycle. Your fertility advisor will then go through the previous steps and create your new prescription benefit card. We will then email and/or text you your new benefits card to you. Once you receive your benefit card you will then complete steps 1-3 again.

When will the card expire? 

The card expires one year from the date it is issued.

I have some insurance coverage. Can I use the card towards my co-pay?

No. The Prescription Savings Card is only available on cash-pay orders. It cannot be combined with insurance or any other offers.

Can I share my card with a friend?

No. Your Member ID # is assigned to your name and state.

Terms and Conditions

Digital Prescription Savings Card will be sent via email to qualifying patients after consultation is confirmed.

Prescription Savings Card can only be used at MDR Pharmacy. The Prescription Savings Card is valid only when user has booked a consultation through IVF Options.

Savings is based on a standard IVF cycle containing 2100 IU of Follistim AQ, 1125 IU of Menopur, and 6 Ganirelix Acetate prefilled syringes. For prescriptions containing lower amounts, prorated discounts will be applied.

Only valid for cash pay patients. Not valid with insurance. Cannot be combined with any other pharmacy offers. Cannot be transferred. Limit of one use per purchase. Only valid for the patient name and fertility clinic listed on the Prescription Savings Card.
